Cancellation policy

Some Versia Garden products may be offered as an optional recurring membership (for example the Versia Seed Club). The price, billing frequency and any free-trial period are always shown on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase.

How to cancel: you can cancel at any time from the link in your membership confirmation email or by emailing info@gardenversia.com with the email address used at checkout.

Free trials: if you cancel before a free trial ends, you are never charged.

After a charge: cancelling stops all future charges. The current billing period is not refunded, except where required by law. Products already dispatched under an active membership are not refundable, but you can cancel before the next dispatch at any time.
