1. Where we ship

This store (the Versia Garden Autumn Sowing Giveaway) ships to addresses in the United Kingdom.

2. Shipping costs and delivery times

• Standard UK delivery: 5–8 business days. Shipping & handling £6.95.
• Orders that include the Complete Autumn Kit: 5–8 business days. FREE shipping.

The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates counted from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

3. Order processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (up to 5 business days during peak periods). Promotional seed packs are free — the shipping and handling fee covers packing and postage and is charged once per pack.

4. Following your order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to follow its status. If you have not received this email within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at info@gardenversia.com.

5. Import duties and taxes

Orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes on arrival in the United Kingdom — these are the customer's responsibility.

6. Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email info@gardenversia.com and we will investigate within 48 hours. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional fees may apply).
